Hi, I'm Calli. I'm a communicator at heart who loves helping teams feel connected, informed, and inspired. I've built my career in internal communications, working closely with leaders and employees to shape messaging that is clear, meaningful, and aligned with company culture.
I've led everything from company-wide announcements, town halls, and executive messaging, to engagemnet campaigns and content strategy. I enjoy the behind-the-scenes work that helps organizations run smoothly, whether that means planning a live event, launching a new intranet, or creating resources that make life easier for people.
My approach is a mix of strategy, empathy and creativity. I believe great communication is not just about what you say, but how it makes people feel, and how it moves them forward.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me tinkering in the kitchen with a new recipe or outside chasing the sunshine with my family. Whether its baking bread or exploring a new trail, I'm all about finding joy in the little things and creating moments that matter.
